Plenty of options are available in the form of built -up dwelling units (flats). The rates vary from Rs. 650 to Rs. 3000 per sq. ft. The highest rates being fetched in the C-Scheme Area.

Residential & Commercial Plots:
The rates vary as per the location within the city and the availability of the same. However, broadly the rates of residential fall in the range of Rs. 6,000 to Rs.22, 500 per sq. yd., and commercial plots are in the range of 20000 to 60000 per sq.yd.
